We would complete due diligence on the abnormal costs associated with freehold ownership of your asset(s) in a matter of weeks and then make an ‘un-incumbered’ offer very quickly. We have total flexibility to offer on the basis that you determine:
- Agreed ‘Red Book’ valuation;
- Unconditional offer;
- Subject-to offer; and/or
- Overage Agreement (e.g. associated with planning gain)
The sale would ‘pass on’ all liabilities associated with the past operations or historic contamination on the land, allowing complete release of any provisions held.
